AntiVirus 2008 still on my computer?

Question by Lou-Andrew R: AntiVirus 2008 still on my computer?
Ive deleted it, ive cleaned it, ice scanned my computer using SpyBot, McAfee, CCleaner, Avast, Malwarebytes and now im using Avira Anti-Vir.

Now theres no more signs of ‘AntiVirus 2008′ anywhere on my computer… but my computer keeps shutting down (That countdown till it shuts down), this ‘Casino’ icon keeps coming up on my desktop, i cant visit sites (It redirects me to another site), Internet Explorer doesnt open and when i want to view my hotmail… when i go to the site… it takes so long so i click on the basic version then it shows how many emails i have but i cant click to open all the emails…

Someone please help… ive treid so much…

Please.
Thanks for the replies… ive download SUPERantispyware before… but ill scan again… and the Malwarebytes programme… ive done those instructions before… thanks though… im gonna download the Nortan Trial now…

PLEASE MORE HELP while im doing this.
im deleting Avast…

should i keep CCleaner, Malwarebytes, Mcafee, SUPERantispyware and Avira?
thank you everyone who have replied… what ive done is downloaded ‘PC Tools Spyware Doctor’ & ‘Registry Mechanic’. These two have helped me so much… i got to see everything… SUPERantispyware program worked good but it only showed a few, plus its a FREE version which means i probly wont scan all… ive got the full versions of ‘PC Tools’ & ‘Registry Mechanic’

Thanks again everyone…

    1) Download Malwarebytes’ Anti-Malware, or MBAM, from the following location and save it to your desktop:

    Malwarebytes’ Anti-Malware Download Link

    http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/malwarebytes/mbam-setup.exe

2)Once downloaded, close all programs and Windows on your computer, including this one.

    3) Double-click on the icon on your desktop named Download_mbam-setup.exe. This will start the installation of MBAM onto your computer.

    4) When the installation begins, keep following the prompts in order to continue with the installation process. Do not make any changes to default settings and when the program has finished installing, make sure you leave both the Update Malwarebytes’ Anti-Malware and Launch Malwarebytes’ Anti-Malware checked. Then click on the Finish button.

5)MBAM will now automatically start and you will see a message stating that you should update the program before performing a scan. As MBAM will automatically update itself after the install, you can press the OK button to close that box and you will now be at the main program

    6) On the Scanner tab, make sure the the Perform quick scan option is selected and then click on the Scan button to start scanning your computer for AntiVirus 2008 related files.

    7) MBAM will now start scanning your computer for malware

8)When the scan is finished a message box will appear:
    the scan completed successfully.

9)u will now be back at the main Scanner screen. At this point you should click on the Show Results button.

    10) A screen displaying all the malware that the program found

11)You should now click on the Remove Selected button to remove all the listed malware. MBAM will now delete all of the files and registry keys and add them to the programs quarantine.

12)When MBAM has finished removing the malware, it will open the scan log and display it in Notepad. Review the log as desired, and then close the Notepad window.

13You can now exit the MBAM program.
