Options that I am considering are setting up my own website so if you know any websites that have a good rate of price please list them. So mainly, I want to create a website that will pay for itself and if you have any other methods of making money online (besides gambling) that I could try, that would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

A lot of poker websites list that you can gamble when you’re 18, but if you live in Nevada would that rule apply, since you have to be 21 to gamble in Casinos.

No, The reason you have to be 21 in Vegas is because the Casino’s serve free alcohol.

Not all casino’s in the country do, and you only have to be 18 to get in.

Considering the new Unlawful Internet Gambling Law just passed in America…..are we free if I can gamble in my own city at the indian casino I can buy lotto tickets at the grocery store I can fly to las vegas or I can go too my local bowling alley and gamble…yet I can’t go on the internet and gamble? How does this law save me in anyway? Sounds to me like GREED! This i just one very important freedom that has been taken from us…whats next? Whats already been taken? I don’t think we really wante dto know..because if we did…we would all be so traumatized we couldn’t even deal…..thats my opinion…let me know what you think!

I think it came out this year, its about a guy who details his gambling ups and downs. He must gamble ,000/day playing all kinds of games from poker to scratch tickets. His intent was to show that you can’t win gambling, but he actually ends up doing rather well (at least at the start) and even gets a Royal flush while writing the book. He was interviewed on the Howard Stern show regarding this book, that’s where I heard about it.

or will they look at previous deposits/withdrawals from your bank account? such as internet gambling, spending a lot on recreation, etc.

They look at MANY things. Your credit history is a HUGE part. But, they want to see bank statements for at least 2 months (most want 6 months these days) to ensure the money you have for a down payment is truly YOUR money and is seasoned. In addition, they will want your W-2′s for the last 2 years and they’ll want your paystubs from your company for at least 2 months (some want it for longer). There are other documents they’ll want to see as well.

As to internet gambling/recreation… If they see you still have lots of $$ in the bank after that, then they won’t care. They need to ensure you have $$ for your down payment and money to pay your mortgage… many banks want to see 2-3 months of payments in savings.

Are those gambling cheat cards the best advice? I’ve seen little credit card sized cards that list what to do in Blackjack based on the player’s hand and the dealer’s hand. Are those the best strategy?

Those cards are basic strategy cards. They give you the play where the odds are going to be best in your favor. In the long run, you are better off playing using the basic strategy on those cards.

I heard that online gambling is illegal – at least for the state of Texas (where I’m living now), and wanted to know if this is true. I’d like to know where I could go online or off, or what phone call(s) to make, so that I would know for certain.

It is illegal in Texas. The only legal form of gambling in Texas is the lottery. They don’t intend to change the laws on it soon. They just bumped another request to legalize gambling last month. If you want to gamble, even online you need to cross the border. I am about an hour from Louisiana where you can gamble. Also you can hop a ship in Galveston and go out so many miles from shore where it is legal. They have daily trips offshore specifically for gambling.

On my web browser, under my favourites, I have a whole bunch of websites and folders that I didn’t add. They repeat themselves and I can’t delete them! Heres what they are called:
computers, movies, games, web hosting, and casino online. those are the websites. Here are the folders: Cool Stuff, Travel, Shopping Gifts, Internet, Computers, Online Gaming. These are so annoying I’m too scared to click on the websites, and I can’t delete them at all. Please tell me how I can get rid of them.
