Question by Larry: Congress is voting this week to ban internet gambling. Will it pass?
Answer by whoblitzell
Nope and if it does it will be declared unconstitutional anyways. A lot of the Internet exists independently of America as well, so it cannot be realistically enforced.

it shouldn’t. it depends on where the money has gone.
I wouldn’t bet on it!
No because half of them probably gamble on the internet and it’s not like anyone would ever get caught. tons of people download music on the internet and people rarely get caught so what makes you think they would catch people for gambling on the internet
They can ban internet gambling all they want. The only way to keep Americans from gambling on the internet is to restrict access to the Internet. Or, they would have to really step up enforcement, and create a Internet gambling police force. Shouldn’t we be chasing the terrorists instead?
I don’t think it will pass. It would effectively take away a person’s rights of freedom.
I heard it will because of all the water bound, and landed casinos in the country pumping millions in to special interests and ultimately into campaign war chests.
