you will have a hard time making payments as use of credit cards and various other payment devices in the US is a crime by the payment provider….
It is illegal, but they haven’t been able to come up with a way to stop it. The only way it can be stopped is if the company itself will not allow american players to bet. The government has tried to stop online gambling with the poker sites,but failed. The only Poker site that will not allow american players is Party Poker, which is a India based company.
