I made a bit over 00 on PlayE4 chess for money online but i live in WA state and its illegal to play, so i lied about my address but to withdraw money from the chess account they send a check to the address that u put in. so i was wondering if i can use someones address in Canada so the check comes to u and then u send it to me and i give u 10% through paypal.

I don’t know why it would be illegal. Chess is a game of skill. Gambling involves chance, so it may be illegal in some places to bet on someone else winnning, but if you are playing and winning, it should be legal.
I would not get involved in exchanging money with strangers though. That is where somebody loses.
